The TEAM Mentorship Program for this scholastic year will have the same core features as the program offered during the past three years. The mentorships are all confidential, nonjudgemental, and individualized, focusing on the expressed needs of the mentees in areas like lesson planning, resource development, assessment using Benchmarks, portfolio management, etc. Mentorship is free for the mentees; mentors are paid an honorarium, but are required to do a minimum amount of paperwork.
